Lets see facts are it is a higher percentage than last year. Fact is with a raise last year if you worked the same exact amount you still getting more. Fact is some people have a pool of only 5%. Speculation is that we will cross the 20% threshold in 2015, but that would take some forward thinking. |

Ya it would make total sense that a guy with 5 years seniority should be senior to a guy with 14 years seniority. Especially if you have an over endowed sense of entitlement.
