The current Landing Class is conducted like a PT. You'll do V1 cuts, Non Precision Approach, Hand flown ILS approach. If you are unlucky enough to have 3 pilots in the Sim, NOBODY can leave early. On the other hand, it is a learning environment and the more you see it performed, the more your brain housing group chisels the maneuver in it's memory blocks

Dude, that was pre Mount San Bruno and now it's post-merger. As a matter of fact, they recently just went to "the new landing class"

ALPA Let it be known when the new class began, yes there is jeopardy. But if you pay attention all the players win in Final Jepardy.
Basically if you can't come up to speed on the maneuvers during the period you will get to stay over or some other form of extra training.

Landings class are no longer a quick checkout... You now have to do a mini MV (v1 cuts and approaches with high x winds) to get thru... If you do poorly they put you on a special monitor status and early return for trng from what I heard at TK... So study up.
