Just google search for airline master scab list, download the pdf, add the names to your pbs bid. Simple enough.

Can someone explain to me what happens after the 787 fence goes down? Does the seniority list shuffle to reflect proper seniority or do the UAL guys stay on the bottom till another vacancy bid frees them? I haven't been able to find where it is spelled out. Thanks in advance.

They already use their current seniority for bidding lines and vacations etc. The fence just restricts the bids to all LCAL pilots first. Any unfilled vacancies then go company wide. The last bid and the current snapshots had unfilled 787 FO positions on the 787 in SFO hence some sUAL guys have been awarded it. The fence drop next month (currently showing 20 Nov) just opens up all future bids to everyone based on seniority regardless of which side they were pre merger.

It's spelled out in the arbitrator's award of the SLI.

I only was seeing that they were listed on the bottom of the award snapshot. I was missing the piece where they were bidding in order.

I think they list them at the bottom because for the purpose of the vacancy award they are below all sCAL.

Too many

easier fix is:

Award work "scab free"
Avoid work "with scab"

If we can award LHR and avoid BOG surely we can avoid scab ....no? Make all the scabs sit reserve. that sounds fair to me.

The previous awards to the LUAL guys on the 787 were just listed on the bottom of the posted award. That's just how they chose to list them on the document. They retain all their seniority for bidding once they are on the equipment.

As said, once the fence comes down, it's a free for all.

It wouldn't really matter if the award said that they were to bid monthly lines out of seniority order as well. I don't think any LUAL will be on the 787 actually bidding lines before November because of the delay for them to get assigned and finish training since they didn't get any until the last bid and this one.

Probably right on that. I looked up some of the ones on the last award and they're in training now and won't be done until the first week of November with the rest of the month blocked for IOE.

On a completely unrelated note, if I was not senior enough to hold one of my bids as of Friday's vacancy report is there any chance of me getting my bid because of a position being vacated by somebody higher up than me on the seniority list vacating a spot?
Thanks for any help.
Cheers,
Fetch
