what is up with the pay screen on CMS? I don't understand the difference between that screen and the beta version.
How long has the "beta" version been in testing?
Why isn't pay screen accurate in "real time?"
Why does the CMS version differ by the beta version by up to 14 hours?
When you file a pay claim asking for clarificaiton or updating,or fixing of the screen, why does crew pay blow you off and tell you to wait until the 10th of the month (next month)?
Is our pay screen and pay procedures the worst in the entire industry?

In the meantime, how about a few more years of the current CBA with some Skittles and Chicklets tossed in? And if you're a WB F/O, prepare for Flying F/O vs Bunkie mayhem.
But, lets not reality get in the way of a massive bid. Smiles all around!!

Well, i Don't understand why it intentionally has to be confusing.
My last few pay claims were something like this:
training scheduling took two of my trips. please insure i have the correct PTC reference PBS line bid award.
Response: "we can't go in and correct your pay every time training does something to your line."
My response: why not?
Their response? we don't have time
My response: I don't have time to go fly my next trip. Please make sure my sick pay is properly credited.
Next one: how many hours did I get paid last month and why?
Next one: Is the pay system confusing to just me?
Next one: Please audit my pay for the entire year. I don't trust you or this intentionally confusing process.
