A few questions if any of you have the time...
When did you interview? I've heard it's running about 2 months from CJO to class date.
What are some TUAATs you were asked?
Do you verbalize the actions during the technical table fly exercise? Or just the callouts? "Reduce pitch to 10 degrees and call 'set clean maneuvering speed'" or just "set clean maneuvering speed"?
I've got PF calls, PM calls, and actions down pat, just curious.
I'm headed to Denver soon for the interview. Congrats and thanks to all of you who have made it through the process!

AugustasGoon and WantTheJob it'll be very good to meet you. I imagine you both will have enough seniority to get your choice.
I flew the ATR for years and I hear it has some similar design logic with the Bus. However, I'd like to start flying Global ASAP (75/76), so maybe the 737 would be a better choice with Boeing design logic. Either way, EWR will be a good place to start.

Getting excited to start this new adventure. Hoping for 737 out of IAH, since I live in Houston. Any idea how long till I'll be able to hold that?
Looking forward to meeting everyone, hopefully I won't be the 8 ball I keep hearing about! 29

If the bids keep coming like that have lately it shouldn't take too long to get 737 in IAH. It went pretty junior on the last one we just had. There hasn't been any unfilled so I wouldn't expect to see it as a new hire. But once you're in class you'll be able to put in a standing bid and get it as soon as your seniority will hold it on a vacancy bid. Welcome to UAL!

And you totally want to be the ball. The ball is the one in your class who should have the longest career. You'll only be the junior pilot for a week before the next class files in and someone else assumes the honor.
