If they don't show this video at LEaP training they should:

It took me a few seconds to process the joke about "Hoar" frost...

I had a similar feeling after mine last week in ORD. Good information. Gave me reason to pause and take stock of things. I'd like to see the LEaP effort continue into the years ahead.
Regarding the attire, a handful wore jeans, two were in uniform, most were "Blockbuster or better". (for the younger crowd, that translates into khakis and a collared golf shirt - or nicer).

Halfway through I had the strange sense that the class, in it's entirety, may have been conceived and constructed to recover from Smisek's "labor is not needed for this merger" statement of six years ago. It seemed to build into an almost holy view of the "professional," steeped in the history of guilds and service to fellow pilot and employee, a far cry from Smisek and Bethune trying to make all equally dispensable, no one is special, you're an easily replaced cog.
Maybe I was just reading too much into it.

It was, however, good stuff.
