They have 75 on the pool or CJO and they will hire 385 till the end of the year....after the summer flying is done

only 325 left? I thought I read it was supposed 900-1000 for 2016.
Have they already hired 600 ?

It seems like ever year for the last three years they say we are planning on hiring 800-1000 this year and we always end up hiring under 600. Hiring always drops off for June, July and August.

They are not necessary but very helpful to a great amount of people. Plus, if the person out there, who is grouchy and says "I wont go to those job fairs".......well the career fair events might be serving a part of their purpose... and that is to filter out those that can't deal well in a modern corporate diverse environment.
