The current Den 737 CA/FO count is 204/184 and the min is 135/138 respectively. Still might be some backfills like you said but they'd have to lose a lot of guys before they have to. Min for Denver 320 CA/FO is 137/146 so it looks like they want about the same amount of the flying done by 320's as 737's in Denver. They just displaced Denver Airbus Captains, now they need more... Good to see Denver Captain vacancies though.

Maybe a bit off topic, but when will we see TK positions advertised...

I'm sure you know this but for those who don't instructor positions are not included in vacancy bids. They are advertised on CCS then you have to apply and if selected interview for the position. They just hired a batch of 777 instructors. I don't think you'll see any job opening in the 737 or 787 until they know for sure how many folks are going to be coming to DTK from Houston.

I was expecting it to be a little bigger but still nice sized. There will be something for everyone here.

The 777 CA growth is dang near 1-1 VS retirements. So this is not the growth bid yet for the 777-300ER

756 CA is also a retirement bid net is -2 on the fleet

The GUM FO spots are interesting.

I'm betting the next vacancy bid will be a lot bigger... this is the appetizer bid.

I wouldn't risk it...you better jump on IAH while you can!

IAH was the biggest base at an airline that had three bases and one of them was CLE (Not including GUM). Now the airline has 8 bases to spread the flying over. Of course IAH was going to take a hit. Just be glad the company has decided, for now, not to force the FOs off the 787 in IAH, that would cause a secondary bump mess.

I don't think IAH was bigger than EWR.

Which fleets did you expect to see slots for in IAH?
