Bummer. I'm getting crickets.

Recruiter told me three-month timeline. Not sure exactly what that means, but I guess at least it allays holiday anxiety.

3 months to pay off the $700 you wasted going to sfo

There are people that will spend money to invest in their future. In my case, I did it often, and benefitted from the payoff.

Then there are those that won't venture out and take some risk on their own future. But they are quick to cynically critique those that push ahead.

YMMV.

You should get a Hogan invite in approximately 3 months. Congrats.

Well, thanks for the vote of confidence... you might be right. But I made a point of asking what the timeline WAS for an invite. So...

I spent the money to "push ahead" as you say but I question my sanity in doing so. What a weird industry we are in.

There are people who spent a lot of money to buy a 737 type rating for SWA as an investment in their future. A whole mess of them never got that interview and have never flown a 737. They certainly didn't benefit from their payoff.

It goes both ways.

People are already getting invites. So three months may not mean anything.
