Default 16-11v bids cancelled?

Don't download that 777 manual just yet! Sept SSC report reminds us of 8-F-3. Some bids may be cancelled in light of the displacements. Also says company's tentative plan is for a vacancy bid followed by another displacement bid in Oct. To read the Sept SSC report, click the link on the latest MEC update. It is not posted on Alpa.org yet.

Looks like they're increasing the Den 737 FO count to 180!

They would have to pay protect a lot of people in ORD because the bottom three guys were already advanced from 16-11, and guys are already going to training in IAH. Not saying they won't but they are already painting themselves into a corner.

I don't think they give a rats about money... They blew it on the large vacancy bid with WBs... Now they are having to fix it due to the deplacements.

Besides the overstaffing in IAH, won't we need lots O' 777 FOs and CAs shortly anyway? I don't see them canceling the awards unless people start timing out waiting for training and then getting to bump... My worthless, uneducated, guess.
