Getting another 4% in 2019 too, they're disagreeing on whether PRAP contribution should be boosted too based on DALs boost.

Either way, it's a nice bump!

The way I read it: both parties agreed to everything we thought we should get, and the union is arguing that a close reading of the language agreed to means that we should get it one month earlier and should include just a little bit more.

I like everything about this.

Yeh, was starting to wonder what was with the delay but sounds like a win win. I won't be losing sleep if I have to wait till February. That being said I'm a rookie and I'm stoked to be here regardless...

Many things to be thankful for this year.

It's fermenting.

No. There is no mechanism in LOA 38 to boost our PRAP from the current 16%.

There is a disagreement over how DL's DC plan boost affects their pilots' profit sharing payout and whether that extra bump qualifies the UA pilots to get a higher percentage raise in our snap-up.
