No. There is no mechanism in LOA 38 to boost our PRAP from the current 16%.

There is a disagreement over how DL's DC plan boost affects their pilots' profit sharing payout and whether that extra bump qualifies the UA pilots to get a higher percentage raise in our snap-up.

I realize this, but that's not how I understood Inslers letter. Whatever it takes to get paid....

I've been looking through the United threads and can't seem to find the new pay rates for the remainder of the contract term based on the me too with Delta. From my reading am I to understand they haven't been finalized?

Thanks for the images. Have they put out 2018 and 2019 as well or is it just a percentage increase on those numbers?

Thanks Delta guys, and UAL ALPA!

I hope the company sees the light so to speak and gives the pilot group the respect and the credibility we deserve. I saw the little message on CCS from management saying they have a legitimate disagreement with ALPA on it's date of pay for the pilots.

Management was given a gift by ALPA in pursuing this extension and Delta Snap up. If management screws it up, I am sure the pilot group will reciprocate.

Good on ALPA for pursuing any and all avenues to gain and maintain compliance with our extension language.

I think the language was pretty clear, and myself, most of the people I fly with and the responses on this forum kinda indicated people thought Feb 1 was the effective date. I guess I'm glad ALPA is trying to get me more money, but I'd hardly call this an issue of the company "respecting us." So, if they stick to the Feb 1 effective date, I see nothing to "reciprocate."

It is this kind of chest pounding that makes rank and file pilots roll their eyes at the union sometimes. Just as a disclaimer for the eager beavers on here, I'm glad the union is strong and wants to pursue our interests, I just don't feel like there is in issue here with the company not complying with the agreement
