So.. just wondering-
If you go to Flying Together and look at your 12/16/2016 paycheck, you can see Regular Pay (2nd line under Hours & Earnings). It lists your total credit hours (for pay) AND Earnings for YTD. Is that the number we would use to determine our earnings for PS computations? I know you can't use your total earnings, since it includes many items that (isn't?) included in our PS computation. Like PS from 2015 and Perdiem to be sure. 1st world problems... enjoy it while it lasts~ Always Motch |
If it's 16%, that's the same as the company B/C contributions. Which would be great!

Got this chart from the other forum and based on it and some quick "Back of the Envelope" calculations, my new SWAG is 16%.
I won't complain no matter what the number since I consider any Profit Sharing to be pure gravy, but 16% would be SWEET!! :D http://i927.photobucket.com/albums/a...s7qkn5mag.jpeg |

Missed it by 2 weeks.....the people who could use it the most. Maybe with our new pro business administration it might double next year....what do you think?

So the consensus WAG is 15% of line 2 (Total Pay Hours) of the 12/16/16 pay statement?
