Agreed. At the end of the day I don’t agree with the competitive pool. Just trying to get someone pulled out without sitting in it for 2.5 years. And as stated there’s other opportunities.

Sitting in the pool is agonizing. Trust me. I view it as doing anything to get out of the pool if nothing else is coming along. The pool is torture.

Defies common sense?

Embrace that statement when you start working here.

In the pool=don't hold your breath, hope for the best but keep looking.

From their eyes, they are looking for the best candidate at that moment, not the best candidate that filled out the form first. I imagine their internal promotions are filled that way with the exception of promotion to nurp, because none of us want that ridiculous job🤣

Default Interview Timeline

Anyone have a pulse on how far out they are scheduling interviews if they call you back after a passed Hogan? I know that it’s typically 1-3 weeks to hear back about pool entry or TBNT after the interview. Any info about the 2nd call to interview timeline, especially from those recently interviewed, would be great. Thanks in advance.

After passing the Hogan, I was called 5 days later to schedule the interview. My interview was scheduled for a month later and I received my pool letter 3 days after my interview.

3 months from Hogan to interview invite. That was at the beginning of the wave though. It really is difficult to say with the amount of hiring. I would guess anywhere from 1 week to 1 month now.

Unfortunately, All anecdotal info suggests across the board. Many typical (weeks) , many not (out of blue). The hiring dart board spins slowly and no one can predict where the dart will hit when they decide to throw it at the board. Reason one must continue to pursue all job opportunities and take them when offered. Best of fortune in your venture.

Mine matched up with this time line approximately, last summer.

Blue skies and good luck!
