I have been offered a dec class.
Just a few questions
is it still true that Monday is generally md/747 and Tuesday class is 300/756?
Is SDF still available for new hires? I live in New England and that likely will be the easier commute for me.
I know a lot of hiring has happened recently. What’s the length of time to get a line in SDF?

I’d bid the MD over the SDF whale if you get a heavy class. Your seniority progression will be faster, there’s lots more diversity in flying which means you can stay domestic to avoid the Asia BS if you want, and it’s an easier for commute for its brand of junior schedules (way more CMLs).
Is SDF still available? Not sure if you even would be able to know that.

Hello all. I promise I have used the search function, so if I missed answers feel free to spear away.
But.. some questions:
- Is the hiring process all still "virtual"? Still resume review, hogan, interview (only), wait?
- Has UPS shown any leeway in their recency requirements due to Covid, etc?
- I know it varies greatly with aircraft and base, but, if you are a commuter, what line type do you prefer and how long did it take you to get to your niche after being hired?
- Which jet flies the least like a 737? Yes, I am spoiled and, yes, I do not enjoy flying that thing.
Thx
