Locked status means they have already or intend to soon review your application. It guarantees nothing. That said, if nobody has received an email saying to fill out an application from this new window, than I would say you can put it off for now. Our HR could be significantly better at communicating what they want, but not my circus or primates.

Anyone know what “completed” and “inactive” mean? There is a green thumbs up icon too. And I’ve received a text confirming I’ve authorized texts to be received.
Thanks for any insight one can add.

If you look in the UPS 2022 Hiring thread you can find the answers you seek! But basically, inactive = didn’t meet computer cutoff, active = met cutoff, locked individual items and active = flagged for HR review. It is possible to have application move from inactive to active but the reasons why are unclear.
