There is no goverment-style defined benefit COLA.

That said, the flat dollar pension has been increased from $4k/YOS for Captains upon ratification in 2016 to $4650/YOS today. Those increases do lag inflation, but at least over the last 9 years it hasn't been static.

No. Once you retire and start drawing it is set for life.
