To apply you must make your election via e-mail at FlightCrewVTP@ups. com during your VTP Application Period (August 30 through September 12, 2023 at 12 p.m. (noon) ET).
If you decide to revoke your acceptance of the VTP Separation and Release Agreement, UPS must receive your properly completed VTP Revocation Form by 11:59 p.m. ET within seven (7) calendar days following the date you submitted the VTP Separation and Release Agreement. The VTP Revocation form must be completed, signed, and sent as a PDF document to [email protected]. Your VTP Separation and Release Agreement will not be valid until this seven (7)-calendar-day period expires. Once this period has elapsed, your acceptance of the VTP Separation and Release Agreement is irrevocable.
It looks like the final count on committed volunteers won't be final until the 19th at midnight based on the deadline of the 12th to submit and 7 calendar days to revoke. I would not expect much official from UPS until after that time.

VTP awards will be posted and crewmembers notified if they are approved within one week of the closing of the application period. Crewmembers approved for the VTP will have seven (7) days to submit their VTP separation and release agreement or up to 45 days after the first day of the VTP Application Period, whichever is later.
Makes it sound like peeps will know whether they won the lottery 1st and then have 7 days to turn it down.
