FYI, that low first year pay is a direct reflection of what the company thinks you're worth. Let that sink in. The higher pay that you enjoy at 2nd year and beyond (for those who make it there) is a reflection of what the IPA thinks you're worth. Think on that.

PIC hours requirements on the website. Does this mean that ONLY pilots with PIC time can apply or do they allow PICus time holders to apply as well.

So technicially only Captains or previous captains are eligible to apply?
Will be interesting to see if they have to drop the 1000 TPIC requirement. Legacies have been hiring people with zero TPIC for years.

they don’t hire the numbers legacy airlines have to. I wouldn’t hold your breath.

Is there a minimum monthly guarantee that I'm missing on the APC profile? And can you or do you break guarantee sometimes, always, never?

so everyone can see:

min guarantee (both line holder and reserve) is 75 hours per 28 day "pay period"

we have 13 pay periods per year.

(which is equal to 81 hours per month)

Depends on lots of variables, but pretty east to pick up extra work (at straight time), especially if you are not picky and are flexible.

Not much premium (JA/150%) right now but that could change quickly, and depends on fleet/seat.

The lack of JAs have made open time on Z makes the trip board a feeding frenzy. Any company open time trips or crew member posted trips are gone within minutes. You would have to live in base to take most advantage.

That said many of our Z trips are built above guarantee with no contractual controls. Which is both good and bad.

It's worth saying our trip trading is beyond broken at this company; I had no idea and absolutely missed it in my research. For example your trade could be denied for insufficient reserve coverage. Or it could be denied for excessive reserve coverage. One of my wishes for the next contract is if it's legal it trades.
