I just checked. I am still green pending and no contact yet.

After I applied it went Active/Pending (green). Completed the phone screen and shortly after the call my app went to Inactive/No longer under consideration (Red). I keep checking Workday and no Hogan invite yet. No TBNT yet either. Anyone else have this experience? Saw another poster got the CJO (congrats!) with app still Pending, so I'm tempering expectations but staying hopeful.

For those in this boat: you probably meet the applicant requirements they have set and should be in the stack of folks likely to be contacted as they get hiring going again. HOWEVER, don’t count on anything and don’t decline a good job offer waiting for UPS HR to call. This is a great job and will likely get substantially better with the next contract, BUT our HR has not covered themselves in glory and could fail to contact you.

Hey all, quick question. I got woken up this morning to my phone ringing, I saw Louisville, KY was the caller ID so I figured I should answer it. It was a cold call phone screen, said they usually do an invite so you're expecting it but were trying to reach anyone who would answer because of the speed they are looking to do things right now. So I told them I could do an interview on Tuesday, and now I feel like I hardly gave myself any time at all to prepare for that possibility. Whats the best resource for last minute prep like this?
