I don’t remember seeing a space on the new app that specifically asked for availability date. I typed it into my work description under my current role/airline. I’m still green/pending.

Took the hogan this weekend, got an email today stated I passed and requesting dates to set up zoom interview!

You would think the dud rate during the last hiring round would have driven change. Oh well, the training center “loves” dealing with HR’s mistakes.

Dang, so a proven, effective process was simply abandoned? Yielding to HR people who have no clue what it is to be a pilot and focus on DEI BS? Geeez. What could go wrong 🙄
