Poignant words that reflect how all of us at Purple are feeling as we try to find the right words to express our deepest sympathies to our brothers and sisters at Brown. This an excerpt from our System Chief Pilot's message:
"As cargo pilots, we share a unique bond—one forged in the quiet hours of the night, in the rhythm of global logistics, and in the deep sense of purpose that comes from moving the world's goods safely and reliably. It's a bond that transcends company logos and tail numbers. Whether wearing brown or purple, we understand each other in ways few others can.
This tragedy hits close to home. The UPS Flight Ops team has stood by us in our darkest moments. They were there for us in March of 2009 when we lost two of our own in the FedEx 80 accident in Narita, Japan. They also offered their condolences and support in April of 2020 when we lost our MD-11 Fleet Chief Pilot in a car accident. Their compassion and solidarity during those times meant more than words could express. Today, it is our turn to stand with them.
I ask each of you to take a moment to reflect on the lives lost, the families grieving, and the colleagues at UPS who are navigating this unimaginable pain. Reach out if you know someone there. Offer a kind word, a shared memory, or simply your presence. In times like these, our strength lies in our unity."

UPS never again gets to speak the word "safety" and be taken with even an ounce of sincerity. The fact they flew those things 1 day later after seeing that is beyond words inexcusable and wreckless.

Try the same evening. The MD does a good amount of flying in/out of the ONT NDA sort and was flying that night like nothing happened. We all know they instantly had access to that footage.
