Is said parking lot the one by the "UPS Cargo Building" (searched on Google Maps), right off Hog Island Road, next to the river?

So what's the deal with UBER not allowed at UPS pickups but LYFT is? Something political or is it about money?

Its their IT. The app sees UPS parking lot as “phl airport” so it then only allows you to choose which terminal you want to be picked up. Sounds like the workaround is to put yourself in the river across the road to get off airport property.

I've found success as of late with being able to move the pin on UBER kind of how lyft has always done. Haven't tried in PHL but it was always an issue in SLC and PHX and I have been able to modify the pickup point. It used to be locked in. Terminal or bust. But surely there are many airports across the country that have businesses and residences where this has been a problem and I think UBER has finally caught on. Disclaimer. Not at brown yet but a regular commuter from many gateways.

Lyft is the only one. Uber you cannot move the pin.

BTW, you gotta wait on a sketchy curb during the shift change usually. Lots of pot smoking and feels unsafe
