Application Question

However...
The company made the decision to pay the first half of the signing bonus earlier than required, and paid it correctly to everyone EXCEPT those who elected to have some contributed to the 401k.
If it gets fixed by 30 Sept then again, there really is nothing to get upset about...but I'm more concerned about the "error" messing up a payment to 12% of our IPA brothers and sisters that, frankly, should never have happened.
To that end, the "error" with union dues on the original earnings statement for today's check that caused it to be pulled down and 'fixed' is also concerning. That one got fixed in time for deposits to hit today per the contract, and yes I don't fully grasp the nervous nellies who didn't see the deposit on their account Friday, it still such an "error" should be troubling to pilots.
That isn't to say errors don't happen - they do - but two significant payroll errors in as many weeks looks an awful lot like a trend. This is, of course, to say nothing of how one IPAer failed to get paid at all a couple paychecks ago because of a "computer error" and the company made rectifying that situation unduly burdensome, or how pilots weren't properly paid overage, or how 109ers had their payrates improperly computed.
None of the above is meant to say prospective employees shouldn't want to work here...

I got the same message. My mins are well above what they are asking. Plus, masters degree, check airman experience, etc. That message doesn't make any sense. Is my app active or not? Obviously, many of us meet the requirements, so if there is an error somewhere we'd like to know. I doubt the computer instantly "judges" those that meet everything, and then rejects us. Anyway, it kind of sucks spending time completing the app just to find out that their application process has issues. Options to fix would me nice, or a simple "your application is active." It looks active to me, so I'll take a glass full approach to the situation.
