Call Back

Has anyone been called back and given the firm offer for the Jan class?

I called to get a scoop n a friend in a pool was told the class for Jan is full. She said the hiring will continue well pass Jan.

They'll call you the thurs or Friday before class....a week before if you're lucky.

3-4 weeks prior to class seems to be normal unless your previous employer delays PRIA. With a January 16th class, it seems people have been getting calls months in advance. Hopefully the classes continue well past January.

Why? UPS only hires to replace for retirements. Zero Growth planned. Just like the past 8 years here.

There are no new aircraft or gateways scheduled. So maybe, a big maybe, is that we will lose 50-70 next year to mandatory and early outs.

So this is far short of 250-300????
