do you ever encounter quite possibly the worst turbulence landing in or around the reno area?

Reno is by far the worst on turb during Takeoff and Landing. We have our FA's sit at 10,000.

RNO is consistently bad, but the worst overall is Vegas under certain conditions...multiple wind-shear alerts and go-arounds until you run out of gas and divert to PSP (along with lots of other people). Done this a couple of times.
