S2000
Here is an S2000 making a claimed 701 WHP and it is a street driver. Whatever the power, it is definately fast:

It's a 2004, it was the first year with the 8,500RPM redline. I went with Titanium Springs/retainers, new Valve guides, and Supertech valves so I will be able to run it up to 9,500 if I want, but I should have no problem walking away from Vipers and Lamborghini's at 600RWHP, so I doubt I will need to REV that high........lol
