That particular F/O had a bad habit of forgetting the flare part. You have to look at the far end of the runway when your landing this machine otherwise , bang! The Captain was giving him a friendly reminder of sorts.

Tony, is this better, I like the format but the text in the windscreen isn't the greatest. I like this a bit better but there's got to be a better way. This is also a new type of airport brief I started making. It''s nice to see what your getting into before you get there. ACS Single Video Player Let me know what you think. Roger on the microphone.
Jungle, yes those are clocks, several of them, they're used in coordination to achieve a desired effect
Thanks everyone for your input. I'm off to F street for some sodium bomb soup after a day of fun filled with 1000 RVR in ANC. I needed 1800, Hello Fairbanks after 8 hrs from PVG.

We did several of these years ago with a VHS-C format, Radio Shack had the patch cord to go from the observers mixer box into the camera, perfect. I think it's great for training,
particularly if it's a new airport.

ClipperSkipper: do you still have those video's. Upload them to the site if you do, Im trying to gather as many airports as I can. Its kind of a pilots helping other pilots type thing. Nice to see it before you get there.
Photon: its a good thing I cant see how much airplane is behind me as I'd probably be to afraid to fly it.
Jungle: you are correct Sir. The top gauges are steam pressure, below that is boiler temp. I always felt sorry for the guys below shoveling with fervour in an effort to keep the temps up during takeoff. Talk about a carbon footprint.
Dynasty: you said global time zone. I was getting over the lag until you said global time zone. Time for a siesta, amigo.
Thanks all
Scott
