Yes it is, if you watch the pattern video it shows up more clearly.

Well thanks to you and Hiram for the videos. I've flown in the area a few times, though usually spent more time around San Clemente. I also hadn't run across a Pulsating VASI yet so it was good to get a peek. Nice work on the video.
