Finally, some track videos of my S2000
I finally have been able to run consistent 10.90-10.99s at the track. I figured I would get some video before I retire her for the winter
The first video is me vs an 04 Cobra. I went 10.92 @ 135 vs his 11.1 @ 117. The second video is me falling asleep at the light and having to play catch up against a 12 second Chevelle. The second part of the video is pretty cool as its the view from a GoPro mounted on my window.
Buddy made the videos, they are a bit of a hack job, lol

I happened to stop at a light this afternoon and there was a Black S2000 next to me. The first thing I thought of was your videos.
Is that thing even still street legal? It looks like the plates are still on it.
And you smoked that Chevy, but did he jump the green? It looked like you were a little late coming off (if I'm looking at the right light) yet you still beat him easily.
I'm unfamiliar with racing. How do they pair up contenders? That Chevy must have outweighed you 2:1

Guessing the Chevelle had a big block underneath as well.
Still, well raced. That has got to get the adrenaline pumping.
How do they pair you guys up though? Next in line?
Choose off in the parking lot?

A lot of guys race for money but I stay out of it, people get all wrapped up in it, I just like wrenching on the car in the garage then see what she can do at the track, it's a lot of fun

It does sound like fun, for sure.
I had a guy in a Beemer take me on at a light. I beat him to the next. I said out the window at the stop "Wow, those Hundai's are faster than I thought."
He wasn't to happy with the comment.
Funny thing, I was in my crossover, and although it is quick, he had to have backed off.
Anyway, thanks for sharing Joey.
I guess nobody wants to get beaten my a Honda.
