Where can I find payscale & schedule information for NetJets International? From what I've read, this new contract only applies to the domestic side, but ultimately I was hoping to do the international thing. (But certainly not for less money...)

I think I read somewhere that the payscale is the same for all of them.

Check out the regular Netjets salary numbers:

http://airlinepilotcentral.com/airli...l/netjets.html

If you look closely you will notice that the GIVSP FO pay (where you would start) and the rest of NJI pay is included in this list. Not sure how the TA will impact the NJI side of the fence but I am sure there will be a boost of some sort...

Anybody out there who knows? Surely NJI will also be improved by the TA-- or at least have a separate new deal in the works.

I'm trying to contact them by phone. If I get any info on the subject I'll post it.

The numbers on this site are for NJA pilots who transfer to NJI and in no way reflect what can be expected for off the street NJI newhires. There is no "set in stone" scale for NJI.

1) There is no such thing as an "international" side and "domestic" side. All NetJets divisions fly domestic and all divisions fly international.
2) There is no published pay scale for NJI....anywhere. The schedule is 7/7 (sort of).

NJA Capt is right...there is no set pay scale for NJI. However, the basic starting salary in the past has been about $70K for a new hire F/O off the street, and $110K for Capt (after upgrade) with only annual cost of living increases. F/O starting salary could be augmented a bit depending on the new hire's Gulfstream experience.

This is from a few buddies of mine working on the NJI side, and may not be current for '08.

How many NJI pilots are expected to be hired off the street going forward? Is there a certain percentage that will continue to be hired externally or will all new Gulfstream FOs come from NJA at a certain point? I realize a lot of the transition is still in flux and uncertain.

What is the average "profile" of recent off-the-street newhires at NJI? Are they all ex-military Gulfstream rated pilots?

Not sure how many off the street will be added, but half of the FOs will come from NJA until about the end of November of 2008 and then 100 percent of FOs will come from NJA.

Do any of you think that the other fractionals will follow suit and raise salary like Net Jets?

IF and I say IF the TA passes... which it looks like it will, base on the hoard of NJA pilots I've talked to in the last 3 weeks, then the other frax will have to compete with salary and/or compensation packages or else risk losing their pilot base.
