Will depend on if the company exercises the VSP (voluntary separation program)

The last new hire class was September 2015 and had 2 encores, 3 X's, 5 excel, 5 sovereign, 2 hawker, 1 encore plus, 2 phenom

Word on the union board is that hiring will resume in Jan. Supposedly we have a pool, then we will start hiring again. Training was the backup. Supposedly we are still not where we need to be numbers wise so the hiring is supposed to resume. At least that is what some folks in the know were saying before the TA.
