Does anybody know how to do an employee referral for a flight attendant applicant? My sister in law is applying. Thanks in advance!

On deltanet, click on the ebid link at the top right corner. Then there is a referral button once you access ebid. You have to submit a referral before they apply.

Basically, you simply buy SVXY after a large spike in the VIX starts to abate, and especially after the government agrees to some form of bailout(QE, TARP, etc).

Shorting UVXY is a bit tricky, it mostly involves shopping around for shares to short. I suggest not touching UVXY in any way, unless you are a pro.
All my trading of these instruments is in tax deferred accounts. You can buy puts in uvxy and vxx. The instruments that are long the vix futures are vxx, uvxy, tvix, and vixy. The ETN's that SHORT the vix are svxy, xiv, and ziv which shorts the mid term futures. The last three I mentioned are the opposite of uvxy, vxx, vixy and tvix.

Expensive, but worth it. Trijicon 4x32 Acog Rifle Scope

Another great option: Aimpoint Micro T-2 2MOA/M4 QD Mount Combo | LaRue Tactical

I personally own both(T1 on the Aimpoint), and would not go with anything else. I have an Eotech as well, it's Okay I guess.

I'm sitting here in Honduras, we're just about out of children to send north. Most are packing, I'll see if I can load a scope on one of the little boogers...
