Hopefully, we'll start hearing about calls sooner, rather than later.
Airways will be in Vegas next week, maybe start hearing about more calls for interviews after that.

I know I'm a little late to the party and I only read through the last 10 pages so apologies if this has been answered before...
Does anyone have an idea when the application window is going to be open again? I know the merger is probably going to have an effect but from everyone I've talked to at Airways and at Amer'can sounds like merger or no, they need to do a BUTT LOAD of hiring here in the near future.

I was talking to a Mesa CRJ instructor last night and one of the latest rumors there is that Jerry Ornstein (Spl?) had a conversation Doug Parker about what they were going to do about the pilot shortage and Doug said... I don't have a pilot shortage, you do.
Mesa only got 8 pilots for a 20 pilot class last month.
There are actually 13 First Officers in the class.
I guess the other three are returning LOAs?
