That process was a nightmare for me. Took a good 2 months. The background check company kept calling me because I had gaps longer than 6 months in employment. At the time I was 20 years old, and they were asking me why I wasn't employed when I was 11,12,13,etc. Those people are robots. I kept having to call them and ask if they were serious. I had to explain that in my state, 14 is the absolute minimum to be employed with a lot of restrictions. They finally let it go after I sent them my school records. My elementary and middle school records that is.
That's ridiculous. Idiots. Do you need a Top Secret Clearance to work for ZW?

They are telling me next Friday now. I’m about to drop out. Not need to continue if I can’t even get my background check done on time. This is ridiculous since January

I’m experiencing the exact same stuff. I interviewed for airman trainee Jan 6 if I remember correctly. Still in review.... geez

Indeed. Never had a Checkride failure or incident - not sure why a PRIA would for weeks in end get pushed back. Compliance just told the recruiter they know ?
