Squib is probably a 12-year seniority FO who didn't pass upgrade training. Now he's conflating contract negotiations over procedures. Nice job moron.

On before start, I think the MEL reviewed and MEL challenge should be switched to read MEL text reviewed first

The point of “if applicable” means if there are no MELs just don’t read that line.
