President Biden took steps on Tuesday to eliminate Trump administration housing rules that former President Donald Trump said would save the suburbs from being “abolished” through affirmative-action regulations.

Significantly, these restrictions apply equally to houses of worship and to similar secular activities. Theaters, lecture halls, and other places where people gather in auditorium-like settings are subject to the same restrictions that apply to places of worship in their area. The ban on indoor singing applies to political rallies, school music recitals, and other secular activities, just as it applies to religious services.

The first gun control bill that Biden will push in his first 100 days would make gun makers and sellers civilly liable for misuse of guns they sell. That means people could sue manufacturers whenever a crime, accident, or suicide occurs with a gun.

Be patient, these things take time.

First round of executive orders cancels the XL pipeline. Supply already down and prices rising.

HR 127 is the first big step on the guns.

They already tried the churches but that one failed until the court can be changed to better represent the wishes of the "people". The blue riband committee Biden promised is being stacked, err..... formed right now to investigate the need for such changes.

The suburbs are up to BLM and Antifa and they don't really publicize their plans as the Democrats in congress do.

How long before the headline reads:

United Airlines to retire entire CRJ-200 fleet in May

https://thepointsguy.com/news/americ...s-embraer-140/

Inevitable...welcome to the Biden era.

But it *will* happen eventually. No matter the president, eventually they will retire the 200s. Many of us have been saying long before Biden that AW shouldn't singularly invest in one aging fleet type. Green energy or no, there are cheaper planes to fly than the 200 and, yes, eventually it will be retired.

United didn't retire their 747s because of Democrats. It was just old and expensive.

Again you are afraid and pushing fear.

Bidens EO to "examine the effect" of trumps HUD edict is about equality. Trumps edict that is being "examined" made it harder for plaintiffs to meet the threshold for proving unintentional discrimination. This in no way instantly or inherently cancels the suburbs. Are you afraid that banks and lenders wont be able to deny well qualified minorities from buying a double wide in you illustrious trailer park?

You bring up restrictions on public gatherings that the president has nothing to do with. You can still attend church virtually and confess your sins. Or donate money to Joel Olsten to pray for your sins instead. Does that mean that churches have been canceled? The pandemic sucks all around, but your make it political.

Yes guns are being canceled because they can now be held liable...like any other product, in a public trail with an impartial jury. Good luck making the case that guns should be excluded from any consumer protection laws.

If a victim of 9/11 can sue American Airlines for being hinacked, why shouldn't a victim of gun violence be able to sue the manufacturer of a gun designed to kill?

How is this related to a political administration? The choices of a publicly traded company actually is from the strings pulled by ... politicians???

Because the airlines were responsible for the security provisions at the gates.

A gun manufacturer has absolutely no way to impact the security of a gun or its use. That liability should end with the owner. Mine are in a safe and only fire when I want them to.

I swear this forum is filled with 12 year olds stuck in their parents basements. OMG. The Constitution includes The Right to Bear airline jets?? WTF are they teaching in school these days? Oh yeah, socialism, I forgot.

I realize now how dumb I am even thinking this forum could give me some insight or information on the airline company.
