I take it you haven’t gone to the ER on the whiskey insurance…..

yes our insurance is great if you go to the ER weekly, if you are a normal person and don’t go more than once every 5 years our insurance is stupid expensive.

No. I haven’t been to the ER at all in my adult life.

For one it’s like what, $250 a month? Have you looked at what other people pay for insurance?

I had an injury that could be basically nothing or fatal, and unless you’re a medical professional it’s hard to tell. Went to the ER, full gamut of tests, clean bill of health. Without the insurance I would’ve sat around stressed about whether the slim chance it was something serious was worth forking out 2k in deductibles. That one visit basically made the insurance worth what I paid for it the 3 years prior where I never saw a doctor outside of my FAA medicals.

That being said, stellar insurance does not beat the retention/pay packages other regionals are seeing right now. 25k makes up for much worse health insurance.

Neat. Hope it stays that way. If you ever do, you’ll be over the moon with the insurance.

I had an ER visit a ways back and had a $0 copay. About a month later I received a summary of the costs of what was covered and it was nearly $40k. People have had children under ZW healthcare and get top quality treatment because the insurance is so good and walk out the door paying $25.

Even the vision is insane. Last time I got glasses the guy said “I have never seen this level of coverage, pick out whatever you want”

From what I’ve been told almost every dental plan sucks. On another note, why in general in this world the need for three different plans? It’s all about our health. One plan should cover it all.

PSA is hiring street Captains. Not sure how the retention bonuses work for street hire CA. FOs don’t get retention bonuses, by the time you upgrade the bonus program can very well be gone. AWAC insurance is superior to AA insurance.. not sure if PSA or PDT have the same policies.

AA vision and dental insurance is good.

No, I won’t because I don’t have Air Wis insurance.
