I had an injury that could be basically nothing or fatal, and unless you’re a medical professional it’s hard to tell. Went to the ER, full gamut of tests, clean bill of health. Without the insurance I would’ve sat around stressed about whether the slim chance it was something serious was worth forking out 2k in deductibles. That one visit basically made the insurance worth what I paid for it the 3 years prior where I never saw a doctor outside of my FAA medicals.
That being said, stellar insurance does not beat the retention/pay packages other regionals are seeing right now. 25k makes up for much worse health insurance.

I had an ER visit a ways back and had a $0 copay. About a month later I received a summary of the costs of what was covered and it was nearly $40k. People have had children under ZW healthcare and get top quality treatment because the insurance is so good and walk out the door paying $25.
Even the vision is insane. Last time I got glasses the guy said “I have never seen this level of coverage, pick out whatever you want”
