I just wonder what the motivation is to suddenly get this done so fast...unless they see access to JSAs once they can lock-down their labor costs...

The good thing about being on RSV in ORF is once they send you out, you will more likely stay out. Not a bad deal if you choose to commute as it eliminates needs for a lot of hotels and crash pads
Yes we are hiring...and will be...we are not losing a bunch of people and we don't need tons to staff our airplanes...so we do need a somewhat steady supply to keep up with attrition.

It is rare for someone, who has passed our training, to leave for a another regional...mostly it has been those who are moving up to the next level.

Well that makes a ton of sense. Parking planes, not so many people leaving. But hiring!

Doesn't Envoy have a 100% flow at 30 a month which means there's continuous movement? Plus aren't they wholly owned company and not a feeder?

How has AWAC adapted the Envoy model, just curious?

It means the turnover is steady and we don't have the volatile problems other carriers have...while nobody likes parking airplanes at least it is not because we can't staff...although flying the wheel pants off them is not much of a better or reassuring reason.

At this stage of the industry it seems easier problem to purchase a plane out of the desert than it is to find enough pilots to staff....
