15k in sign in bonuses at WO's. I know we still have the best contract, but I just wish our company will do a little better in attracting candidates, the 100 dollar gift card it's embarrassing, plus the page here in APC it literally says "Pilots will receive contractual pay and benefits during CTP training and stay at the same hotel that hosts the NFL teams that play the Green Bay Packers" is this a joke?

They're not coming to PSA. Last month PSA lost 12 pilots and hired 6.There was an upgrade class of 4. Then they announced that we were deferring delivering of some of the -700s until 2017. Movement here has basically stopped until PSA can attain a contract that matches the new industry standard.

I really hope things work out there for everyone. But if they are 100 dollar gift cards (I agree are embarrassing) and zero transparency from management are not gonna do the trick.

That why I left at 85 away from upgrade. Family, mortgage, bills + plus no clear future was to much stress to bet on. Thankfully it was a an upward step and not lateral, but I wish I could have stayed and upgraded but just not my family on that.

Even some kind of growth announcement right now, I'm not sure would really help at this point. They are running short staffed and there are not many pilots left out there to hire - outside of trying to poach some.
