Ive witnessed this first hand when a lady was having a seizure in F a few years back. I was in complete disbelief. They have to come from the base of the tower and for the life of me I can't believe they don't have another fire department/ems on the airport. ATL has like 5 plus concourse EMS and CLT has 3 plus concourse EMS. How is PHL even legal?

That's great news he will recover. Info I received on his condition was second hand, so great update.
