Ha, and you're probably "in" when you pass through 80kts. Cause then the flight is "technically" over.

Please don't think this will ever happen if you work for Air Whiskey. They will go to gojet before you if pinnacle goes under. What may happen is if pinnacle goes under you may fly some of our 200's for a year or two but there is absolutley no way delta would hire a pilot group that is probably more expensive than pinnacle to replace pinnacle.

1st. Gojet isn't doing so hot for Delta, I wouldn't be surprised to see them get axed from DCI.

2nd. AWAC has $$$, $$$ they are willing to spend too (ex. US Airways 170+ Million) I am sure the 2 of them can come to an agreement that over looks the senority issue if neccesary. They would fly 900s wayyyy before they would fly 200s for DCI. Why would they sign a contract for 1-2 years? AWAC is smart unlike Pinnacle.

Don't worry, almost everyone here knows that there is a 0% chance of this happening. Honestly, after watching the way that Delta treats its regional partners I don't have any interest in flying under the DCI banner anyway.

Ditto..AWAC blows $$ to fly, pay to play. I dont expect AWAC to fly under the DCI banner though. I'm sure they are helping to finance the LCC/AA merger.
Some even think an AWAC/Eagle merger, which is bad news IMO.

AWAC/egl yeah no thanks. If it won't make hand over fist money AWAC won't do it.

What about an awac psa pdt mesa merger? If the merger does happen, I see bad news for all express carriers.
