You later said IAD closing was a joke. Is this all a joke. Can you clarify what you are complaining about and what is a joke?
I wonder why the only new hires you can get are “bottom of the barrel”? Maybe you should get on a chat board and tell them you personally will beat them with a sock full of nickels during indoc. That should encourage the best of the best to show up sir.
Or maybe just quit and go somewhere else that would be a better fit for you. Maybe you belong on the island of misfit toys. Remember nobody wants a Charlie in the Box. Best stay put and just run your mouth.

Any year 1 FOs care to share what average take home pay is monthly, that opted out of bonus until first year is complete? Trying to crunch numbers, get a guesstimate of how tight things will be financially. Thanks in advance.
