If the no college degree thing is true it is to keep people from leaving since they can't get hired at the big 3 without one. Hell, at United not only do you need a degree but a 3.0 GPA as well.

A degree is only preferred at United. But to be competitive you would need one.

At every job fair what's his nuts gets up there and says don't expect a call unless you have higher than a 3.0 Undergrad GPA. So I guess that still counts as prefered.

Only people that I know that gotr calls with less had higher Graduate GPA that averaged out.
