All you guys need to shut the H-E-double hockey sticks up! Remember who the the enemy is here! Like it or not, we are in this together AGAINST the management "team" that thinks you are worth nothing more than fifth best. So how about we start pulling in the same direction and leave the fracturing bull **** to the "team" at Angle Lake.

I suppose management missed the memo that they could put as many seats will fit on an E175 as they want even with ALPA's seat limitation... if they're flown at mainline?

Anyhow, over here at Blue we are eagerly waiting for your contract details to be released and hoping for great advances in it. Best of luck.

Exactly, then combine that with the junk QOL from their crap schedule and we totally won the lottery.

Okay, I'll bite. How'd you lose 2k per month if your pay rate and work rules didn't change yet?

This is aggravating and exactly why we need a scope clause. And as mentioned above, bring these planes on property and configure the seats however you like... oh wait, that's right, we're too expensive and over-paid to operate this airplane. It would cut into profits.

As a side question.. I don't recall seeing, but did we have a proposed clause in there that opens up pay anytime we get a new aircraft type on property?

If you ask I am sure AAG will let you keep your VX pay rates. Will that make you happy?

There are lot's of greener pastures that the "able" can move onto. Many of y'all are not the "able" so keep your pie hole shut and enjoy your fortune. Yeah I know, truth hurts.

Like I said, keep yours if you think that.

See, this is why most airlines require a 4 year degree.

I don’t want mine or yours, I want market rate for flying what we fly. That’s what we should all want.
