Pervasive is the term. Look up what it means. There are no actual numbers involved in a definition.

To your next point, I’m not willing to accept that ANY amount of sexual assault is acceptable. How you are somehow able to infer that because I have not experienced it to be pervasive (again, look up the actual meaning of the word) in my 28 years in the airline business, I am somehow accepting of “certain level of sexual assault”?! It is frankly over the top insulting, especially from someone who knows nothing of me. How dare you?!

You know NOTHING about me, so you have ZERO authority to make moral judgment calls about me, especially based on your completely skewed, over-reaching assessment based on your ignorant notion of a word.

If there are 6 billion people on planet earth, and one murder happened - let’s say the first one ever committed - would you say it’s pervasive?

Based on your definition, probably yes.

The actual answer would be no.

GHB is a party drug or club drug when taken by itself but with any alcohol or in a slightly larger dose will cause the person to pass out. Also burns through the body about the same rate as alcohol.. so gets through your system in like an hour so really can’t be tested for in a scenario like this.

Odorless, colorless, and can be made with an at home chemistry set.

I think now I remember one of the quotes saying she thought the wine tasted funny. Could be Valium, Xanax, etc etc. Lots of things could have caused the blackout.

Yes, of course she has lawyers advising her. But SHE had to make the decision to go public or not. And as a professional - like you and I - you know she got lots of counsel, exhaustively researched all the options with associated outcomes and then built a plan. She’s not going to just do what the attorney says like this is some kind of basic real estate transaction. No doubt she’s thinking about this every second of the day.

Having read thru all this it reinforces my belief that slam clicking is the way to go 90% of the time.

I have a male friend who was raped by another man while he was black out drunk. Even with a witness who walked in on it and text messages of the guy admitting to it it took him over a week to go to the police. So for all those that blame her for not reporting it right away I can tell you that unless you’ve been f’d in the a** while passed out you have no idea how you will react to it.

That’s painful just thinking about it. I may be to broken up to go to the cops for a while. Time to pick a better drinking buddy, and drink less.

That 1st colonoscopy was enough to work up to.

Given her statement, she is describing the effects of multiple drugs, or just simply heavy drinking. That's why, I don't believe she just had two glasses of wine as she states. GHB causes you to lose inhibitions then pass out. She describes in her statement as having immediate drowsiness, which would indicate Xanax, or Valium. If she was drugged with Quaaludes, she would not have made it back to her room on her own at 2:46 am, as the statement says. She would not have unconscious vomiting as described with any of the drugs, and two glasses of wine.

What she is describing is textbook alcohol poisoning.

Awesome forensic toxicology on your part, case closed. What's really impressive is that you did all that without access to any physical evidence or lab technology.

"Textbook Alcohol poisoning" might make sense in the case of an 18 y/o coed, less plausible for a 39 y/o ex military officer.
