Default Back at DFW

I've been noticing Alaska metal back at DFW the last week or so. Maybe I'm just wrong, but I thought everything was our of DAL now. Is this a recent change?

Just another VX operation bites the dust.

If VX had any profitable operations, I doubt it was out of DAL. Closing it probably a no-brainer.

Plus you get to watch Delta and SWA duke it out in court for a shared gate space at DAL.

I thought all the flying out of DAL was going to to be E-175s starting in November. Would be nutz to just drop completely out of DAL without gaining some $ or leverage.
I know the LGA and DCA lines were dropped and SWA is leasing that “space” from AS for the next 10 years or so. As far as I know its RJs only to the West Coast from DAL (for Alaska) starting in November.

L-Alaska (737) never left DFW. They operate to SEA and PDX. The remaining L-Virgin flights (Airbus) out of Love to LAX and SFO are being replaced by SkyWest in November. SkyWest to DCA and LGA will cease in November and those slots leased to SWA for up to 10 years. As far as I know, no Airbus flying is moving from Love to DFW.

This airline is seriously so stupid. Most West Coast route structure shrinkage.
