The debt is the iceberg in your future, the lack of revenue is sinking your boat right now. I have a very good friend at AAL, high level stuff, he is looking for a job. He said, AAL will be 30-40% smaller, guaranteed. He told me multiple times, he doesn’t think AAL can make it, he said, he just can’t see how. No joke, not a pilot, smart dude, successful dude, he is trying to get out, he has an awesome job there. I know AAL has published its one and final displacement bid, there will be no more, that is it. Sure, whatever you say, I am sure you are right. Stop back around Christmas, tell me how clueless I am.
Do you know who else knows this, LUV... Look at there capacity shift, they have the capital, and they are coming!

Of course you have a high level friend. It’s amazing anytime you get called out about anything suddenly you have a friend or data that others don’t. Funny thing is your high level friend mentioning being 30 percent smaller tells me he is middle management. Corporate is being reduced by 30 percent. If we furlough 3000-4000 I’ll be the first to admit you are right. It sounds like your buddy is being downsized and is now pulling the well I didn’t want to work here anyway. I can see why your own brothers and sisters at ALPA take your advice with a giant grain of salt. I guess I will talk to you around December.

I am pretty sure his job is secure😂... he still is looking. Sounds good. Check back at Christmas!

Active pilots 8,800-9,800; Total Seniority list pilots 10,100-11,100... that includes medicals, management, mil leaves... September 2021

Your right if I can’t believe the high ranking official as told by the anonymous message board what can I believe. I guess I will tell my wife we need to sell the house and the cat.

AA is interesting right now because their behavior appears different than the other two. To me it's slightly alarming that the big three management teams are not coming to similar conclusions... different Ouija Boards.

And whichever management team is right about the duration of the recovery will eat the other management teams lunch. SWA is spending a little more money to remain extremely flexible and capable of grabbing some of DAL, UA and AA's market share.

LUV has been fiscally responsible for years. They have a motivated engaged employee group, and a single fleet type. They will be reaping the benefits of all three of these dynamics during this downturn.

They have a motivated, engaged employee group because they have leadership that cares about their workforce and is interested in motivation, not just virtue signaling.

We had the #Angry8 for four years ****ing away millions, taxing slow, breaking planes, throwing tantrums... All kinds of childish behavior, based on delusions. Would be nice to have some of that cash and goodwill right now. I wouldn’t say management is totally in the right, they need to own some of this...but the six year old tantrums have been embarrassing to watch, now we have this great caustic relationship with management... well done 183/63 and now we got our hand out for a favor.🙄

So you’re saying that the VX group through intentional action cost the company more than the stock buyback program?

Could you please clear up how that works?

Seriously? Like you didn't go out of your way to make sure the VX pilots became angry. You pretend the fact that we are all unified now doesn't even register to you, but every step you (management) took in the beginning was tone deaf, arrogant, and penny wise, but pound foolish. You used the clock against us, all of us.... refusing to negotiate slope. You chose to ignore the rules we are all supposed to abide by as an ill conceived show of strength (uniforms). Now you come here trying to sew discord because you know you are going to want relief on certain contractual provisions going forward, and you need a weak group to shove them through. Thing is, we all have been down this road before. We know that playbook. We know the airline industry is in the crapper, but we also know that moving slow is now in our best interest. The clock is on our side for once. We know that furloughs are likely unavoidable, but that giving up anything won't save a single job, but will hurt for a decade to come. So go ahead OTZ, repeat your same tired points over and over. We see through it.
Sincerely
The #Angry3100
