Leaving one 737 airline for another 737 only airline, even if it pays more, no thanks. Something like 750 planes already, the chances of SWA expanding that to 1400 in the next 5-7 years are slim. Longest upgrade times in the industry means stagnation. Big 3 or bust.

WN has never furloughed a pilot in 50 years. So yes even if it does pay better. Plus they’re not as woke

I see. We’re now picking carriers on wokeness. You’re gonna have a rough time in this industry. Enjoy your next airline!

It’s about time ALPA finally put something out about this stupid policy

If it's a crap regional, why did you apply here?

It’s pretty simple Shy Whatever, I came here to get a free type rating to move onto a Major. It’s the same reason everyone else has left this regional. I feel sorry for the people that are too old and too senior to move on and make a better life for themselves. Alaska is all bait and switch, do you honestly believe this company does the right thing? (Pay their pilots properly with a market contact) own safety? (fake Fauci mask policies in the flight deck) creating and regional people love? (ask the people that are punching out, can’t say that I love it) be kind-hearted (having a BCP sign letters With Disappointment) be remarkable (going woke and creative a division amongst employees). It is what it is, and will always be subpar to the rest of the industry. I encourage others to leave this place and use it as a step stone time builder. It sounds like your ship sailed a while back.

It's always smart to trash your current employer before departing to be a probationary employee at a new one.

If there is anything untrue there let us know. I was asked a simple question and I answered it with honesty. That’s doing the right thing. Oh I forgot “deliver performance” (anyone remember December snow-mageddon?)

By all means then, carry on.
