Default Alaska Flight Feb 23

I’m a few days behind, but does anyone know what was going on with an Alaskan flight last Wednesday night, sometime around 7:00 pm. There was a faint female voice calling for help on guard and only said Alaska Airlines, no flight number. They didn’t sound like a pilot and one of the ATC voices referenced a passenger speaking. They were trying to triangulate their position and best guest was somewhere around the London, Ontario area. It seemed a little strange, just curious if anyone knows anything.

Sounds like a misconfigured medlink call. I’ve heard FAs transmitting on guard instead of SAT because the audio panel wasn’t set up right. The transmissions forms those handsets are very quiet.

Thanks, that sounds like what probably happened.
